Trailer Review - A Million Ways To Die In The West

The trailer for the upcoming Seth MacFarlane comedy, A Million Ways To Die In The West, has just dropped...and it's hilarious.

A Million Ways To Die In The West tells the story of Albert, a cowardly sheep farmer who loses his girlfriend as the result of a duel.  He then seeks the help of a gunslinger's wife to help him discovery his bravery and confidence in order to win back the woman he loves.

The first 20 seconds of this 2 1/2 minute trailer definitely set the tone for the rest of it and, I assume, for the film itself.  I got a good sense of what the film is about, but wasn't given too much in the way of spoilers.  I liked the look of Seth MacFarlane in the lead role and Charlize Theron seemed to play well off of him.  And Sarah Silverman's scene was absolutely hilarious.

This film has a great cast led by Seth MacFarlane.  We also see Charlize Theron, Amanda Seyfried, Liam Neeson, Giovanni Ribisi, Sarah Silverman, and Neil Patrick Harris.  A stacked cast for what looks like an extremely fun film.

This is MacFarlane's second attempt at directing a live-action film, the first being the very successful Ted in 2012.  He is best known for his hit animated TV series, Family Guy.

Character posters for the film were also released.  Check out both the trailer and the posters below...
